Leon is the founder of Fusion Learning Systems and the driving force behind the innovative learning and development technology offered by the firm. He offers valuable insights gained in the global learning and development arena which he skillfully applies to local challenges.
He has spent a lifetime in the creative and strategic arena. He presents a classical grounding in marketing and advertising schooled by American and British Multinationals, such as – Kimberly Clarke, Reckitt and Colman, and Ogilvy & Mather Advertising.
Over many years as a client he has worked in and with blue chip advertising agencies such as: Hunt Lascaris (TBWA), SBBW, Network, Gavin Reddy (TBWA), Grey Advertising, and Bates. In his advertising career he has worked on accounts such as Tiger Oats, South African Airways, Rand Water, Eskom, Citi Bank, Procter & Gamble, British Airways, National Brands, Nestle etc.
Leon Rossouw offers a well-honed ability in strategic skills, creative design and technology. He is a graduate of business school, design school and film school. This skill set combination of strategy, creativity and technology is a major factor in our ability to produce innovative and robust learning solutions, much quicker than most.
He is a great believer in the inspiration that the international marketplace provides, but that it is ultimately our imagination which makes the difference. The spirit of innovation cuts across all the initiatives offered by Fusion Learning Systems.
